Scope and preparation

These delivery terms apply to merchandise ordered through this website. We ordinarily prepare an accepted order in about 1–2 business days. Customers must provide a complete delivery address, email, and telephone number; corrections may not be possible once fulfillment starts.

Estimated transit and charges

After preparation, transit is estimated at roughly 2–4 business days. This estimate is not a promise of arrival on a particular date. Any free-delivery qualification or shipping charge is determined at checkout.

Tracking and carrier events

We send tracking information when it becomes available. For a delay, lost parcel, delivery scan without receipt, or damaged package, provide the order number, checkout email, tracking details, and photographs when relevant so the carrier record can be reviewed.

Delivery limits

Some merchandise, destinations, or address types may be restricted. We may request corrected information or cancel the affected shipment when delivery cannot lawfully or reliably be completed.
