For an order question, include the order number and checkout email. Identify the item for a product question. For delivery help, also include the tracking number and describe the carrier status.

Problem merchandise and financial questions

For damage, a defect, missing contents, or an incorrect item, explain what happened and attach clear photos or video when requested. Payment and refund questions should include only the details needed to locate the transaction; never send complete card credentials.

Privacy and policy requests

State the specific privacy right or policy issue involved. Response time can increase during holidays, heavy request periods, carrier investigations, or when essential information is missing.
