What is available?

How do shipping charges and timing work?

Free delivery, when available, is identified at checkout. Preparation generally takes 1–2 business days, and transit is estimated at 2–4 business days without a guaranteed arrival date.

Are non-defective returns and exchanges allowed?

Yes. We accept defective and non-defective returns and accept exchanges. A change of mind, personal preference, or wrong choice can be handled by mail when requested within 30 days after delivery. A non-defective item must be new, unused, in its original state, and accompanied by its original packaging, tags, and accessories.

Is there a label or restocking charge?

The parcel includes a free return label, and no restocking fee applies. Wait for authorization before mailing anything. A replacement is subject to available inventory.

How are damaged, defective, incorrect, or incomplete items handled?

Provide the order number, checkout email, and an explanation. We may request photographs or video of the item and package. The same review applies when merchandise is materially unlike its description.

When will an approved refund be processed?

We process it to the original payment method within 10 days after approval; the provider may need more time to post the credit.

Which payment methods can I use?
